3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The User declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has carefully read the terms of this Agreement before becoming a member of the site; that he/she is over the age of 18 (eighteen); that he/she is bound by the terms of this Agreement from the moment he/she completes the membership process by filling in the information requested from him/her regarding membership correctly and completely in the direction requested by his/her own free will and by ticking the "approval" box during the membership process.
